Re: programing MSPNP2
You need to provide us more information before we can help.
What model PNP, what vehicle, what engine.
What have you tried? What happens? Any tune files or datalogs?

Re: programing MSPNP2
okay, firstly its in a 1995 mustang with a 5 litre v8 im running a mtx-l afr into the ms pnp gen 2 ive set the paramaters as asked with the larger injecters timming afr voltage range and so on but when i start the car no matter what i do the afr is pegged at 10 and she runs so rich it runs terrible. ive tried to change the dead time and then ive got no throttle does any one in melbourne know how to make this thing work im just about ready to pull it out and get an anderson ford motor sport ecu i was under the impression that this ecu was relatively easy to programme but thats not what im experiencing your help would be great seeing i havent been able to drive the car since march, david.

Re: programing MSPNP2
What injectors are they? Do you know the dead time for them? As long as the dead time is pretty close and the injectors are not massive you would be better off looking at the VE table to lean it out. You will likely need to keep adjusting the VE cells it is idling in, until it is warmed up. Then when you have a good afr for warm idle the next time it cools down you will need to adjust the warm up table to maintain a good afr as it goes through warm up.
Find the Manuals up top under Quick links: Manuals.

Re: programing MSPNP2
I've helped install one of those PNPs and it worked out well for us.
Tuning the VE table is where you need to focus to pull fuel. If it is off the scale rich, you might want to take 10 or 20 out of the numbers around idle.
Please DO post and MSQ and datalog though - forum users here find it a lot easier to make suggestions if you do.
As regards a local tuner - the two main tables to tune are "Fuel VE" and "Ignition advance" - i.e. just the same as most other aftermarket ECUs.

Re: programing MSPNP2
I have a 95 mustang running the mspnp with 42lb green tops also, along with a vortech v2. My car idles at 900 rpm @ 35kpa with a ve of 42. This gives me afr of 13.4. Ive tried to lean it out, but then i get surging. Maybe this will give u a good starting point
