Will one of the versions give me control over 8 injectors individually.
For example if cylinder one runs lean due to whatever reason can I change that particular injector characteristics?
Hope I wrote that plain.

That would be the MS3 family. An MS3 with MS3X or an MS3-Pro can do 8 cylinder individual tuning no problem.

I hope this doesn't confuse the issue...
You don't even have to use the MS3X. The injector outputs at the header on the MS3 board can be used to control any kind of injector drivers individually-trimmed, a JBPerf P&H board, a home-built driver, MS3X, etc. You cannot connect injectors to that MS3 header directly... gotta make that clear, though!
