Yeah i think your msq is made from one of my files as thats my settings but try .647 for the tyre height as im running different sized wheels to you. and you are correct about wiring the fuel rate to an injector i did this was fine with standard injectors but went bad when i put in 380cc injectors but i used an arduino to correct this.
1990 bmw 320i daily driver with m20b25 ms3 sequential fuel, 380cc injectors, d585 coil near plug, home made cam sync, launch control, fan control, vss, homebrew egt logging what's next????

I wired the consumption rate to the injector but it is not working right... it's either 0 or when I start moving at all it will pin the gauge at 40mpg or whatever. It's like either full on or full off.... I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

speed sensor works good though. What do you use it for Grom?

Hmm, it worked ok for me connecting it to the megasquirt (ground switching) side of the injector, i was running sequential at the time so only 1 injection event per engine cycle though.

I'm thinking it's getting too many fuel signals per rev. .. I have it connected to inj bank one ..and alternating fuel cycles. so it gets three fuel pulses per rpm.
It's really pissing me off for some reason that it doesn't work. I liked my range, mpg, and econo calculations... grrrr

you have a ms3x card it wouldn't be to hard to add the stuff to go sequential fuel and spark and it will work.

Oh I plan too.. I just need time to setup a crank sensor and all that crap.. I'm just glad to have MS in there and running at this point. ...have any good links to anyone's homebrew crank sensor setup?

i used 1/4 inch ali plate, 3/32 steel for the trigger a spare crank sensor i had and a hacksaw and a hand file. if you pm me an email i can send some pix.
