DIYBOB

Post by sen2two »

I haven't started my MS build yet because I want to build some skill and knowledge before tackling the most important part.

I built my JimStim (working out some mistakes made there now). And now I'm going to build the DIYBOB portion of my set up as well. I'm using the 76 pin unit for my 95 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4.

There are 4 outlined sections closest to the ecu plug area on the BOB. These reflect the pinout of the ECU plug in which i made 8" long wire leads for and will go to the db37 plug f9r the MS board. It's pretty self explanatory. But all of the other locations on the board, (closest to the backside of the board) what are they for?

They're a duplicate of the first set.

Are they needed? Why is there a duplicate set?

To give you more room for wires. The extra header was also there for a proposed board that never happened.
