Hi.
We had MS running for about a year now, but suddenly [with last 6 weeks] we have had two coils go faulty.
We haven't made any changes to the area of config. - so keen to see if others have experienced this ?
Also, will any config changes help.
I have thought the dwell vs. battery voltage looks quite aggressive - thoughts please?

I need a bit more information. Is this a Fox body or a '94-'95 Mustang? Also, are you using any non-stock ignition parts?

Hi Matt.
It's a 87 Fox & it does have a Mallory TFI module [integrated onto side of distributor].

Ok, the TFI module will be controlling dwell on this unit; the MSPNP can't control it. I would suspect the module.

Thx Matt.
Will get a std. part put on.
So none of the settings in TS. regarding dwell will actually have any effect?
