New MSPNP2 on MR2 3SGTE User

Good Morning All,

My name is Nick, and I am brand new to Megasquirt, and a complete novice when it comes to electronic engine tuning.
I have a good mechanical background, and currently work as Design Draughtsman.
Having performed a range of mechanical upgrades and repairs to various cars over the last 15 years, this is all a bit daunting at first glance.

I'm keen to learn though, so I have lots of reading to do!

I bought an MSPNP2 ECU (V1.2 main board) complete with boost solenoid and IAT sensor from Nick Romano on here, with the intention of installing it on my 1992 JDM Gen2 MR2 Turbo.

I do have a number of newbie questions, which I'll post in separate techie thread once this introductory post gets approved.
I've not connected the ECU to the car yet, so I don't have any information regarding firmware details, or indeed any MSQ files to attach!

Really excited to get started with this, but I need to repair a pesky water leak repaired first.
Looking forward to picking all your brains.

Hey Nick, fellow newbie running a MSPNP on a gen3 3sgte (98MR2). Depending how you plan to tune the MS I'd consider installing a wideband O2 and purchasing registered version of TS which has VEAL auto tune function.

I have a PLX devices wideband already, and was planning to use the output for that to the ecu.

I'm just installing TS now, so I'll check that out shortly.
