Beginner questions Ms1 v2.2

Hello! I got myself Megasquirt 1 v2.2. It is a custom made PCB, modified for hall-input. I have it connected to a powersupply so it's not in the car yet and there are nothing but power connected to it.

After connecting to it with the tuning software, I get some strange readings. It shows that battery voltage is around 7V and O2 voltage is around 3V. I checked this with a multimeter and I get 12V in the +/- terminal and around 2.3v in the O2 terminal.

Now my first question is, is this normal? I would think that it is not normal, isn't voltage on O2 supposed to be 0V if there is nothing connected to it? Is this a problem within the software or is the PCB busted somewhere?

When you say custom do you mean it is a modified B&G mainboard or something made from scratch. I can't really see how we could help you if you are using something that is not a standard board or at least started as one.
