I machined off the flange of the manifold, the offset hole is on purpose, it better matches the bore of the t/b and allows a staight shot for the injectors to spray right at the intake valve. I plan on adding a bracket between the t/b and the manifold to give it a little more side loading strength.

Anyone have the flow numbers for the injectors used on this bike?

Dodgy pic of inlets and rubbers in place
Bodies with new fuel rail and Jaguar V8 injectors (345cc min at 3 bar)
Pic showing Bodies in place
Still plenty to do, but I am winning :)

Hi mate, I'm using RHB52 as recomended in Joe Hailes book on turbo charging motorbikes. The specs he gives for a 1000cc are no good :? spec now is with R20 exhaust housing and bigger compressor wheel. The R15 housing is too small for a 1000cc bike engine and even with the R20 I had to port the waste gate to keep the boost down.

Using MS1 with v2.2 main board? MSnS for FI only to get the 12x12 table.

Has anyone come up with a source for injector connectors for these bike TBs? I'm using CBR TBs with Keihin injectors, but wasn't able to get the harness parts. Anyone have a source?

Check Ebay.. I see harnesses on there often...

I'm looking for a set of CBR1000XX Blackbird fuel injectors or Honda S2000 injectors...

On the car, 1994 engine:

Heres my silvertop Zetec it has a 2001 big valve blacktop head fully ported, 12.5-1cr, 294 deg cams, Titanium valve retainers, Accrilite 86.5mm pistons, turbo sport steel rods, turbo sports ultralight flywheel, 7 1/4 Ap racing clutch double grey with 3 paddle plate, kent vernias, all alloy drive pulleys.
It is on Busa itbs evenly spaced to 92mm. Ms1extra High-res, Rpm based Accel, Alpha-n, Edis ign.
Starts good hot or cold, very responsive
Iam looking for about 240 bhp.

i also use an FSE boost valve set to 42psi/3bar which gives a flow rate of 255cc/min. At 38psi it gives 250cc/min.

Any body got one like this?

I have a question :
What screw i have to ajust on these ITB to balance them with a tool like carbtune : http://www.carbtune.com/
There are screws with little springs beetween the throttle bodies (3 screws in total) for ajusting the throttle angle.
And there are screws inner each body (4 screws) for adjusting a "bypass".
Which of these screws must I ajust for correct balancing ?

Thanks ?

Do someone can post a alpha-N VE/Ign table of a ITB engine here ?

Hi,

info taken from this thread..

http://www.r6messagenet.com/forums/r6-m ... ctors.html

says that the injectors for the Yamaha R6 '03-'04 have a flow rate of 235cc/min at 284kPa

And I can confirm the impedance is 13.3 Ohms

ttfn,
