Newbie doing all the wrong things

Hey,

So I've worked on carb'd engines before, and I get the general concepts, so at least I know I'm going to blow this engine at some point soon.

I've never done a boosted engine or a fuel injected engine, or even anything with a computer. I have a series 2 3800 s/c that I'm putting in the back of a Fiero. I have an MS3x, and I'm keeping the C3I ignition with a 3.5 pulley. Other than that, it's all pretty standard stuff.

I'm really just looking for a basic guide on where to start in the details with the MS3x. Spark timing maps, fuel maps, how to use tunerstudio, etc.

Can i wire a single coil to pin 36 and 12v? Is it going to work or i have to do som modification to the board?
