Found it at my neighbor's garage sale. Ended up getting it for free, so it's a signal generator? Anything useful for a Megasquirt? Simulate something?

It is old and was expensive then:

It only make's sinusodial wave's of max 5V from 5Hz to 1.2MHz.
So no missing tooth or pwm signal.

Thing is to make it much use as a test instrument for MS, you'd have to match the signal exactly to the one from a sensor. Making it not much more use than a Stim - and a lot less than a JimStim which can generate different tooth wheel signals.

i use a signal generator to setup the vr pots. dc voltage offset is a plus if it has it

It could be used to simulate a basic distributor trigger or various frequency based sensors (flex fuel, MAFs, speed sensors, etc).
