Anyone knows boostpower ECU. Legal or illegal.?

I found a Megasquirt "type" ECU with very bad quality using MSExtra 1 software that is being sell in México over MercadoLibre actions site.

I reported it but to finally shutdown MercadoLibre ask the author to fill the report via http://ayuda.mercadolibre.com.mx/ayuda/ ... -y-qu_2838

I got various friends that were scammed by this seller. Too bad.

Anyone can do anything about that.?

They're counterfeit, appears to be a rather strange copy that started with the V2.2 board from what I've seen.
