Your runnig a turbo 163 kPA ?
what did you mean by this?
Normal aspired engines don't go up to 163 kPa map value.
The 163 kPa was the vertical axle on fuel and ignition table.
Did take a look again and on all your tables, Ve, Ignition, Afr, the vertical axle (value) is different.
Was this a used unit ?
I don't think this are default settings.
Did you change the pwm settings ?

Really try to read and use the manual, you don't have to read it completely.
Just read the part on the settings your working on/with.

it seems to fire at random. it will crank for awhile, tries to fire a few times but fumbles and goes back to just cranking.
im gonna mess with the cranking pulse tonight. maybe that will give us the fuel we are searching for.

no this was a new unit that i built but i was following bad/outdated info in the beginning so most of the settings were wrong. i adjusted the kPa vertical axis on the tables to 102 kPa. but this isnt a naturaly aspired engine. and i thought the changing axis didnt do anythig but give you a more specific look at the fuel table.like a more zoomed in look at the table.
i did change the PWM settings. i tuned the pwm off at first but didnt change anything so tuned it back on and lowered the current hold to 30% (what tunerstudio recommend)
i have read the manual so many times and i think i understand what im reading and what the settings should be but i must be missing something. ill keep reading until i get this figured out.

PWM;
Check page 52 and 53 on this
http://www.msextra.com/doc/pdf/html/MS2 ... e-3.4.html

I think you need to do this step by step.
Get all 3 vertical axles from VE,AFR, IGN tables at the same value.
Thats including the turbo effect, so you will get above 100 kPa.
I don't know much about turbo's and pressure boost.

Make sure ignition fires the right cillinder at the the right timing.
And check whit a strobe !!
You have to concentrate on this first.
Other things don't matter much if this isn't working right.
