No rpm signal

No rpm signal
I'm new here and dont know if this is where I should be asking this question. So I have a microsquirt and it was running fine then some how the tune and firmware got corrupted. Sent it back and the reloaded the firmware and said it was good. I reinstalled it and now I have no rpm signal. Amy help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried another rpm source and still didn't see rpm. Its on a airboat . and I'm getting the rpm signal from magnetos.

Try checking the resistance on R20 inside the MicroSquirt and make sure it isn't blown.

thats what it was. ty
