TPS shows WOT during engine cranking/startup

I have a Ford TPS and it is set for 0 and WOT but when I try to start the engine the TPS shows 100% just while the starter is engaged then it goes back to normal. I have to turn off the overboost protection or it will not start at all. Any suggestions as to why it is doing this? I have the same ground and 5v supply for the MAP and TPS sensors but each has their own signal back to the ECU. Thank you in advance.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Is there a setting in tunerstudio that could help or is it some type of ground issue or other wiring mishap?

sounds like a grounding issue
