Setting up Injectors For ITBs

Im just wondering if since im using itb's that in injection control , can i put under injector port type throttle body ? Will megatune recognize it ?

yes, yuo are fine with that one. No TB injector.

Don't want to resurrect this post here (although it seems I have a history of doing this) but could anybody elaborate on the difference between port injection and throttle body injection, from a code standpoint?

Injector Port Type (InjType) is used to select the type of injectors that you are using, either throttle body (if the injectors spray above the throttle plates) or multi-port (if the injectors spray into the intake ports).

It seems perhaps the reason it exists is not to change the VOLUME of fuel injected, but rather the timing of WHEN it is injected with relation to the engine cycle to account for the time it takes for that fuel to travel down the runners and atomize.. ?
