Megatune giving 681 warnings on loading MSQ File

Everyday I learn something more on MS - today could be a biggie



I have :

MegaTune 2.25
MS 1 V3 029v MS S n E Edis 8 (V8)

Everything is fine,
but I have a chap who has asked me to help with tuning his V8. He has sent me a MSQ File,
I understand he is also MS S n E and Edis 8, but when I try to load his MSQ file I get '681 errors' and when it loads there is zero data in the file ?

I have asked him if he also has 029v, and am waiting to hear, but would this be an issue ?

Any ideas re :

A - What is going on and why ???
B - and in simple terms HOW can I sort it to view his MSQ ???

It seems like he has a very different processor and / or code - it's probably an MS-II.

I now have been told its a

B&G MS-2 ver 2.884


I have your (Matt the very very very wonderfull Diyautotune) "Package" which does mine 029v (and some others), but not this, have tried with all of them and the only one close was an ealier B&G MS2 version, only 152 errors

I am frankly loathe to upload / change my settings which finally work perfectly and risk finding they don't, so I will prob draw a line under it.

However, if you were to ever do a uploadable package which has all the variant codes to chose from and then add the newer ones as they come out to it rather than replace ...ie more than the selected short selection (as now) that would be fantastic IMHO ??
