AFR Gauge displaying volts

On the Megatune dashboard the circular AFR gauge needle no longer moves and the numerical readout appears to be indicating volts not AFR. I also noticed that in the realtime display that the O2 bar graph is correctly displaying O2 voltage for the actual AFR. The Circular AFR gauge will read AFR correctly once in a while but very briefly, about 2-5 secs. What did I break this time?

By the way I am using MS1 Extra with 029V code, Megatune 2.25 and a LC1 wide band controller. The circular gauge gives the correct numbers for AFR at the beginning and ending of the gauge (ie. 10.00 and 19.40). The AFR gauge in the VEtable 1 screen under the tuning tab is also doing the same thing.
Any thoughts this one has me stumped, I have checked and rechecked everything I can think of.

What is your lambda sensor setup in the MegaTune Configurator?

Hi Matt,
Thanks for helping out, I really do not no where to go with this one.
Lamba Sensor setting in configurator is:
# set innovate_0_5_ Linear "Innovate PLX 0-5V 10-20:1 AFR"
All others are unset.

LC-1 is set up as follows:
Analog out 2 feeds the MS and is set to:
0.000V = 10.00 AFR
5.000V = 20.00 AFR
Use AFR radio dial ticked

Analog out 1 feeds G3 Gauge and is set to:
0.000V = 7.350 AFR
5.000V = 22.39 AFR
use AFR radio dial ticked

Looks like the issue seems to be confined to the gauge. You stated that it "will read AFR correctly once in a while but very briefly, about 2-5 secs." What does it do when it's reading AFR incorrectly?

Matt the needle sits down at the bottom of the extreme rich side and does nothing, the numerical read out in the center of the gauge indicates what appears to be the voltage coming from the LC-1 rather than AFR.

Problem solved, switched to Tuner studio, works awesome.
