Error when opening MT 2.25

Error when opening MT 2.25

I had a early release of MT 2.25 and I was having some problems with my code so I thought I would try downloading the P3 release. I didnt uninstall the P1 first, I just installed the new version. Immediately it had problems and I was unable to load MT. It just spits out an error about the megatune.ini file with an error of 0400. I uninstalled all version of MT 2.25 and tried to reinstall but still the same thing, errorr! Did I do something wrong or is this a bug? I didnt find anything about it when I searched so maybe its my fault.

Is that all it says?

I would delete the megatune.ini file and re-install.
