NVM fixed -Can't communicate with Megatune MSnS-E 2.2 Board

I am trying to upgrade to HiRes code, and I am confused, I can't get Megatune set up correctly, I can communicate with Megatunix, and Tuner Studio, But not with MT 2.25. I just downloaded it from Fahlgren's link, I must not be doing it right.
This car runs, (and ran well before I messed with it.) but I need to make sure I have all the settings right (ign. etc. etc.)
I am not so good with the MT Config part I guess.
I have several cars running on MSnS E But was wanting to try this HiRes.

I guess what i need is the "dummy" step by step to configure new code -
