high idle

hey all
i have an MS1 with a relay board controlling a set of throttle bodies from a 06 gsxr on a 750 cc ninja. on the TBs has 4 primary 19lbs hour injetors and 4 secondary 46lbs hour above the butterfly valves.
i only have the primary injectors wired up right now
per the calculated required fuel 1 cyl
6.2ms
it was idling fine for a second then it will just jump up to 5000rpm and stay there. i have no idea what i have set wrong.
If anybody has any idea that would be great or if anybody is in the central coast monterey area that could help me out that would be evan better

I'm guessing either a vacuum leak or the butterflies misbehaving.
