QuadSpark ignition modules available now

Post by Matt Cramer »

A while ago, James developed an ignition module with four BIP373s. We now sell a version of it that we've packaged in an epoxy potted, waterproof package for underhood mounting. Perfect for driving coils from the MS3X that don't have built in ignitors!

Here's the link to our catalog page.

You can easily find cheaper analog or same use ones: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/?cmd=Vie ... MEWAX%3AIT

The one good thing I see there is no connectors - so, it can be easily wired.
What about size ?

The QuadSpark is a bit larger than a 211. However, it uses genuine Bosch transistors for way less than you'd pay for a genuine Bosch 211.

Bosch 211s die on a regular basis. And usually they drop only 1 or 2 cylinders when they do.
