Pin 4 is only used to reset the Propeller when updating the EEPROM from your PC. It is not used for data logging. You might try flipping switch SW4. This will swap pins 2 and 3 on the 9 pin connector. Also make sure dip switch_2 is set to match your Mega squirt baud rate ----> on = 9600, off = 115200 baud. Pin 8 is not connected.
