Re: WARNING - Glen's Garage CLOSED

No I don't think you understand my point of view at all. Although unhappy that it took him four months to ship my parts I was quite happy that he did ship them. Also, if you read through the first few posts, it is clear that there was a real discussion about Glenn's status. Several previous posters including you, stated that although Glenn's service was often slow but that he was shipping parts. Re-read the original posts before my first post.

Second he didn't, "Close his store." His store was still "open" for business in the sense that he was more than happy to take peoples money, but unable to unwilling to ship parts in a timely manner, this is wrong. Also based upon posts by several posters he was still shipping albeit slowly, this plus the fact that I really wanted the parts made me go ahead and place the order for twenty bucks.

Finally, Glenn's website is still up. Is he still in business? Is he shipping in a timely manner? Did he ever send the $1560.00 worth of parts to the guy in Sweden? Finally, why hasn't Glenn ever bothered to post on this or the other Megasquirt message boards to let members of the community know what happened and or apologize?

Regards,

Hi,
I ordered a PWM board in summer, and still waiting delivery - No comment.
I didn't know this topic, otherwise i would not ordered this board.

And i think is fraud. Cause, after so much time Glen's site had to be closed - someone pays for it continued operation.

It's no good having a whinge on this forum.
Those people who have been personally affected by this need to do as James has suggested, it's their responsibility.
Mainly by luck, I've never dealt with Glen's Garage so I'm not about to make any further comment.

Well I purchased a MS from him once and he was so slow that I got another shipped from DIY and had it built and installed before Glenns kit turned up. Lost my business right there.

Assumed email had been lost so was still going to place an order.
Glad I hadn't yet!
