It have nothing to do with ms3 .... i put it at hot place ... so the casing absorb a lot of heat when i park the car under strong sun light .. so billr was suggest that the heat may cause those bad soldering to crack ... which is pretty logic for my weird problem..

Easy to get 'cold joints' on solder connections if iron is not hot enough or not enough solder is used. Inspect carefully each joint with a magnifying glass and touch up any which look dull or only have solder partially around the joint. Also look at places where the solder could bridge across shorting to other connections or breaks in the tracks on the board. You would be surprised about the defects which are undetectable to the naked eye.

im sure all my welding are in perfect form .. my full time job was electrical technician
I guess beside welding ... i need to look for the polarity of cap and or chip also...well..everyone can make mistake .. i'll try to check on the 12v power source when cranking the engine ..because when problem comes...throttle response will goes sluggish like hell and it will not go away..turn off the key and start up the engine again will clear the error ...d*** it

Is your main 12V relay socketed? How about swapping that with another; or temporarily jumpering the contacts to see if it is a problem in the (relay) coil circuit?
