Injector size

Post by maych87 »

I have a 1989 Porsche 911 with a 3.6 l. I am setting up the injector size in tuner studio. Porsche runs a much higher fuel pressure than 43.5 psi that most injectors are flow tested at. Do I use my injector flow rating at 43.5 psi or what they are rated at for my vehicles fuel pressure?

The manual says 55psi engine off pump running. And 48psi engine at idle. Which is the proper psi to use?

You use the higher one. That is the pressure at full throttle.
