I'm in need of a little help. I have a all-stock 6.0l ls in a jeep. I built it but tuning isn't my thing I can't seem to figure out the MAT-Base timing retard.

Hi,
I am struggling with with debugging TPS problem and I need a specialist hand.
I’ve bought miata NC built with eaton compressor and running MS3. It uses stock NC 6pin throttle without idle bypass. Was working well but one day RPM started to stick.
Found that throttle power cables are connected directly to ecu, but TPS signal in logs actually comes from the pedal, TPSADC is always 0. I clearly see the real signal from throttle in Output channel canpwmin1. Throttle reacts few times after power on and I loose control after. So engine goes idling at around 2300 RPM and no throttle control. It is not a throttle body fail and not a wiring problem.
Please write me if you may deal with it remotely.

What is the system using to control the throttle body? MS3 only supports drive by wire via 3rd party stuff like DBWX2.
