ShadowDash won't install on my tablet

I have an old Samsung Galaxy Tab E. I've downloaded the apk; when I click on it, it gives me a screen that announces all the ways it'll interface with the tablet. The problem comes when I actually click on "Install" - nothing happens! If I click on "Cancel" the popup goes away, so I know it's acknowledging my existence.

Any thoughts?
