Re: MS2/Extra pre-3.4.4 rc 1
Found a "bug" in 3.4.4:
You can select independent MAP sensor. Address it to JS4.
Select Tacho out, also on JS4.
No conflict error is given.

Re: MS2/Extra pre-3.4.4 rc 1
Another bug found:
In rotary FD COP mode the trailing coils are not activated when "additional (injector) drivers" are selected.
This is a problem on 2 rotor rotary engines with staged injection.

They can't be - the trailing coils use the same timer channels. With Rotary trailing ignition you can only use the normal two injector channels.

Aha, thank you. It seems like it we hit the boundaries of the processors calculation power on this one.

MS3 can support individual channels for leading and trailing injectors.

AFR Table switch for dual fuel (LPG)
Hi James,
this is definitely a common question to you, but still have to ask you about it.
It seems, that development of an MS2 firmware stoped. Nonetheless, is there any plans to release a new one with AFT Table-switch in future? Me, and my friends, still using MS2 on old 4 cylinder engines with dual fuel (gasoline and LPG). LPG has absolutely difrent burning process with 15.6 AFR stoichiometry. We can not use the same AFR table for both of them. So, till now, we have to use two VE tables, but without EGO control and it's very very inconvenient during the time. MS3 is not an option to solve this problen. It's way overstocked and expensive for this.
Any chance to see new update with AFR-Table switch in the future?
Best greetings from Ukraine,
JJ
