1975 280z MS3X full sequential fuel and spark

Post by Zetsaz »

Hello everyone. Most of my trials and questions were actually on the Hybridz forums, but I just wanted to share my 280z stock L28e engine block running in full sequential that that I've now driven about 2500 miles since this summer. Drove it to Utah, had it painted, and drove back to Washington. (with an airfilter and some other cleanup work done on the bay of course... can't seem to find more recent engine bay pictures right now. Posting from my desktop, but I will add an MSQ from my laptop shortly for any feedback.

The past owner of my shell who also sold me the MS3X included a spare pair of wiring harnesses, so my next project is to potentially use what I've learned to swap in a 3UZ VVTi engine into it.

Car is in a different league now. Did the bumpers, improved interior, turbo engine, cruised the Pacific coast highway and 3 round trips between SLC and Seattle areas. Fiddling with some idle issues after upgrading the intake and a couple dead ignition coils the past couple weeks, but I love it (when it's driving well haha)
