To announce the pre-1.2 beta 2 version of the Microsquirt trans code. This follows 'pre-1.2 beta 1'.

The new transmission support is preliminary, cautious on-vehicle testing and feedback is required.

Note - this beta version (only) has a bug when trying to enable testmode over CAN. It works ok when directly connected through serial.
It is fixed for the next beta.
