Volkswagen Scirocco 2 with MS3

Hello,

here is my build:
Volkswagen Scirocco MK2 with origine 1.8 16V engine 129HP. In the past i lightly modified head an manifold and put an other camshaft in the intake. With origine Jetronic it has 141HP / 162Nm at the dyno (all engine, not WHP)
My mods:

MS3 V3.0
315ccm Bosch injectors @ 3Bar fuel pressure
Audi/Polo triggerwheel behind the flywheel
Audi B4 throttle body (with poti)
Audi IAT
Golf TSI /Audi R8 COP

At the moment it runs semi seq and pretty solid. The ignition table is untouched, same as origine ECU has:

No more HP added. But the torque starts around 800 to 1000rpm earlier, that is very noticeable.
I guess there will be more HP by change the ignition table. Check the Volkswagen repair manual: I can add 3 degree more and still in the manufactor tolernace of the ignition, so there should be more power.

At chrismas i will get my MS3x board, then i will change the ECU to full sequentiell, modify ignition and a little change at the head intake. After that to the dyno.

MS3x Board works fine, engine runs fully sequential. The lasts weeks i am testing and configuring injector timing, do some Auto VE tune. Mostl engine states works fine, even idle with ego control is possible and stable.
Only firing up when coolant is between 10 and 20degree C isnt good, took 3-4seconds cranking. Below and Above its fine. But this would be fixed next time.

Had two trackdays in the past. The car performs good, even which less power than the others. Low weight is good for corners.
Engine works fine, still do some fine tune and the megasquirt gets better and better.

So,

Moved the throttle position stop to access lower idle rpm. Did changes in idleadvance and sensor smoothing. Its amazing who much potenital is still there to tune and get the engine better, smother, faster, more stable.
Gas consumption drops from 8litres/100km (origine Bosch jetronic) to 6,5Litres/100km @long Autobahn drives , what a saver.
Next update will be second baro sensor. Bought Infineon baro chip, only need 5V, ground and has a 0-5V Output. Still to do, print a little case and do wiring. Its hobby.
