Hello,
I noticed readings of my LC-2 in logworks and in tunerstudio are different.
There's no option to calibrate, I can only calibrate TPS.
How do I set this in the correct way so readings are correct?

Actual calibration is something that only shows up in MS2 and 3. You will select the LC-1 / LC-2 default under Project Properties when using an MS1.
