Convert a big block Chevrolet to MPI

What do I need to change my bbc to mpi? I have a gold box setup for a LS so I would need a harness, crank and cam sensors. I have a holley efi 4500 oval port manifold without the injectors and throttle body. What type of injectors are needed? I already have 2 o2s sensors installed. What else is needed?

I think the best is to read the manual and understand how the system works. It's a fairly complex operation to get a perfectly running engine and I think it's difficult to achieve that without a basic understanding as a starting point.
