Corrupted data logs?

Post by Matt Cramer »

Sometimes when I try to make a data log I end up with a junk file like the one attached. I haven't seen much of a pattern to what makes one log work right and another go wrong. Any thoughts on what happened to the attached log? Let me know if you need any specific information from me. I'm running Windows XP.

That file looks empty except for a single "

That was happening when you start the Log file before you are connected. So like if you start a data log, then start the car. I thought I fixed that a while back, but found it again in 0.988.6. It is fixed now in for the release that will be coming out this weekend.

I probably did start a lot of the logs without being connected. Thanks for getting this fixed.
