Add a user menu?

Add a user menu?

Post by turbo355 »

Is it possible to add a menu to TS for users to edit ?

Example i went into the 3d_table_editor file and added a wiring pinout with pictures for easy reference while setting up the ecu to determine witch pins are what ( outputs/inputs ) it would be nice to have a specific menu for this but have it for each project so you could have multiple files for each car/bike .

You can add a help web site reference to any dialog in the ini, or add help text in the ini. But the web link is the only way to put in a picture right now.

curve, table, dialog...
topicHelp = "http://www.yoursite.info/yourHelpPage.html"

I don't think that is quite what you are looking for, but the closest right now. It doesn't seem hard to add, I'll think about it some.

No problem Phill , just thinking of the way some of the other ECU's software are setup maybe like hit F1 for wiring info or something.

This would make it nice for custom installs where you could put you wiring info (inputs/outputs info) in there and just be able to hit a key bring it up without searching through folders on your computer to find that info.

If each project had its own folder then each install could have its own specific wiring screen ( nice for multiple installs ).
