popping after burn

Hello,
after I make changes to cells when tuning for a idle,, there is popping through the exhaust? I'm in the VE and ADV tabs when this happenes..I have to shut the car off/restart sometimes 2 or 3 times before it stops?
At the end of this datalog, you can see it goes crazy..

It's normal with MS2/Extra. The ECU often "misses a beat" while burning changes.

Thanks Matt,, I noticed today that it did not do it when the cells I adjusted, were not where the cursor was.. don't know if that makes a difference??

this is starting to get worse,, I didn't even have the computer hooked up today and it happened,, no burning no nothing,, just go start the car and this
is what it looks like,, I have to restart the car 2-3 times to get it to quit??????

There was a reset between the MARKs in that file.

Possible flyback / wiring issue?

I see a voltage drop after the burn,, is that normal? It's resetting the ASE,, Normal? any more help is appreciated,, this is keeping me from driving,,, don't want to get stuck out somewhere..

On MS2/Extra there is the "Burn-stumble" this is covered in the manual.

but it doesn't go away until I cycle power,, this burn stumble also happens without doing a burn,, on start up sometimes????
like a first start of the morning or when I get home from work,, no computer hooked up at all????

here is a video of it popping AFTER a burn, it will not clear up unless I do a restart??
Today I just went and started it, without anything hooked up, it had a 2k high idle and was popping.. restarted 3 times
later and it calmed down to the previous days idle and quit popping! turned off and did a restart and it was popping again???
it's like it looses its mind(tune) at random start ups?and burns? if I update to the latest firmware will I loose my tune?.. I'm totally lost as what to do.
I'm going to take the circuit board out and do a complete clean an paint it with clear tomorrow, but I don't know what else to do?

Burn stumble is a distinct, one time hiccup after clicking "Burn to ECU". Having this happen at any other time is a different and unrelated problem.

Do you have a data log of what's happening in this video?

You can load an old tune into new firmware - it's just a few settings will be different.

Matt,, thanks for all your time,, I have updated the firmware and it seems to have taken care of it I have made several restarts and no popping!!
The burns are now just a burn stumble like everyone said is normal.. Thank everyone for your help.. now to learn the new software additions..
