De-selecting a laptop.

Post by DaveEFI »

I have registered versions of both TS and MLV on three computers. One, a laptop, has died with a major motherboard fault so is likely scrap. So I've bought a new one. Downloaded and installed TS and MLV to it, but can't register them as entering the details says I've reached the limit of three. So how do I de-register the now dead machine?

Unused computers roll off the count on their own after 30-60 days. However, in a case like this you can email support <at> efianalytics.com and have them give a nudge off the count.
