I have two problems with new channels.
(1) After adding a new channel on ADC7 for fuel level using a 10bit ADC, when I go into the channel editor it has changed to 8 bit? When i adjust this it seems to change back to 8 bit? Is there a good explanation for this?
(2) I am using a Raspberry Pi and a 7" screen as a dash. On this computer, when I open up the channel editor, the screen opens up too large for the screen and is not able to be closed properly. It doesn't seem to save the changes properly if I don't close this window properly. The only way to close it is to shut down tuner studio completely. Not ideal.
Any help with these problems?

Re: Adding and editing new channel problems
On #1, what are you putting in for the 2 point values?
Something that isn't really clear, when setting it up as ADC to volts conversion, the input values are expected to be in volts, not an ADC value.
On #2, that is tough one... TS's interface was not designed to fit on a 480px high screen and I don't think we would want to make it that way.

Re: Adding and editing new channel problems
I have used volts. Something like 0.3 to 1.2 from memory with the selection of 10-bit. When I open it up again it is changed to 8 bit and the volt numbers have changed.LT401Vette wrote:On #1, what are you putting in for the 2 point values?

That is fair enough. I can always plug it into a larger screen if I wanted to sort that out.LT401Vette wrote: On #2, that is tough one... TS's interface was not designed to fit on a 480px high screen and I don't think we would want to make it that way.
