Hello,
I just finished building my MS3X DIY v3.0 board and my Jimstim v1.5 board. I don't have many reasons to think that either isn't working, but the megasquirt's LEDs aren't lighting up. Granted, I'm not sure what each is supposed to do, but I would assume that one is power. I did make one mod so that I could use the 3800sc's C3I system. The mods I did are below.

I was able to flash the 1.4.1 firmware onto the MS3x using the Jimstim as a power source (still building the car), but the LEDs still wouldn't light. Is this normal? Is there a way that I could check some of the I/O to verify that the board works? I did test the board as instructed during the build, and it had no issues with those checks.
Additionally, I tried to use the Jimstim to stimulate (puns intended) the ms3x immediately after flashing, and it sort of worked. All the DIP switches were off, and no jumpers were connected. The O2 pot worked fine and the CLT pot worked in a very small range (I expect this is fairly normal). Outside of this range, it spiked the temp to 180F.
I would attach an MSQ, but all the settings were default for now.
While you're here, if you happen to have a basic quick start tunerstudio or jimstim user guide, I'd love to have them. It seems like all the guides I've found are either millions of pages long or just how to build the part. I plan to read the millions of pages, don't get me wrong, but this is my first efi car, so it'd be nice to have a more high-level overview before I read every detail.
Thanks.
