Error message when I open Tuner Studio

Post by dbwhite1 »

I have just started getting a message when I open TS that says Failed to subscribe to DashComp to OutputChannel SPK34OC Please set to a valid OutputChannel. It just started saying this out of the blue the other day. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

There should be an indicator with a red circle and cross through it. That is assigned to an OutputChannel that is not valid for the current ini.
A couple things that could cause it:
- If you updated your firmware ini
- If you modify the dashboard with the beta TS and it has an OutputChannel with a - in an indicator, then open that project in 1.004.
- You loaded a dashboard

That OutputChannel does not have a -, so i am guessing you changed something in your ini?

You can fix it by doing any of the following:
- right click on the Bad indicator and select a valid indicator from the Indicator Template.
- Load one of the Default Dash or one Built in Dashboards
- Go into Designer Mode, Set the indicator to a valid OutputChannel
- Go into Designer Mode, remove the Indicator
